First and second-floor base bid renovations, encompassing both design and firm-fixed-price construction phases for the Holistic Health and Fitness facility.

Full road and drainage system replacement including asphalt, curb, and base course over the entire VA campus.

Demolition and replacement of concrete, curbs, and gutters across the Perry Point VA Medical Center campus.
Constructed a pre-manufactured double-vault restroom building with two unisex toilet rooms and a pre-storage/mechanical building. Scope included a vegetative wind screen, demolition, site preparation, erosion control, excavation, backfilling, grading, foundations, concrete walkways, utility connections, irrigation modifications, and landscaping.

Renovation of occupied support areas including interior demolition, new partitions, ceilings, flooring, doors, and finishes. Also included HVAC system modifications, electrical and lighting upgrades, and fire protection modifications.
Upgraded existing chiller plant with a new prefabricated modular chiller plant featuring two 1,500-ton chillers and three 1,000-ton cooling tower cells.
Multi-phased mechanical infrastructure upgrade across five historically significant buildings including Independence Hall and Congress Hall. Demolished and replaced eight custom AHUs, hydronic piping pumps, and humidifiers. Integrated UV-C lamp systems and ozone-free bipolar ionization. Navigated strict historic preservation guidelines with a Historic Preservation Treatment Plan (HPTP) and relocation of 394 museum collection objects. Engineered temporary climate control with wireless, cloud-based monitoring to maintain strict 30-day downtime limits.
Interior renovation of administrative office space including demolition and reconfiguration of partitions, HVAC system extensions, LED lighting, and DataCom cabling. Included lead-based paint abatement.

Restoration of scuppers, roof drains, masonry tuck-pointing, metal/parapet flashing, and replacement of slate shingles, alongside lead paint and asbestos abatement.
Repairing a historic roof, replacing gutter systems, building a new concrete retaining wall, and replacing existing fencing with a new metal guardrail system.
Roof replacements for eighteen buildings across multiple districts of the Tahoe and Eldorado National Forests.
Multi-trade coordination including replacement of heating, ventilation, electrical, and plumbing utilities. Included slate roof rehabilitation, brick façade repointing, and ABAAS modifications to site screen walls and sidewalks.
Metal roofing and waterproofing replacement across the hatchery facility.
